Have you noticed changes in your sleeping and eating patterns? Do you get headaches often? Do you struggle to remember things or make decisions? Are you tearful, irritable, or angry? Do you have suicidal thoughts? You may be burning out!

Don’t feel like a failure if you aren’t coping 100%. Remember that people who care deeply often struggle like this.

If you’re struggling, take action:

  • Find ways to leave work at work, so you can relax.
  • Join a support or peer group.
